We do house cleanouts in Boise and the towns around it. Every part of the valley is a little different, and that changes how a cleanout goes.

Why location matters for a cleanout

Clearing a house isn't only about how much stuff is inside. It's also about how the house is built, where the truck can park and who else needs a heads-up.

Those things vary a lot from one neighborhood to the next, even inside the same city.

Older homes and newer builds

Older homes often have basements, narrow stairs, small doorways and attics you reach through a hatch. Those spaces tend to collect years of stuff, and carrying it all out takes longer.

Newer builds usually skip the basement. They make up for it with big garages, bonus rooms and storage closets that fill up faster than anyone expects.

HOAs and neighborhood rules

Plenty of subdivisions have an HOA. Some have rules about where trucks can park, what hours work can happen or how long items can sit at the curb.

We can't tell you what your HOA allows, since every one is different. It's worth a quick check before cleanout day so nobody gets a surprise letter.

Parking and access

A wide driveway or a spot right by the front door makes things quicker. Busy streets, shared driveways and steep lots take a bit more planning.

Apartments, condos and houses

Apartments and condos bring their own questions, like elevators, shared stairwells, loading areas and building managers who may want notice. Houses are usually easier to reach but often have more to clear.

Boise

Boise has a real mix, from older homes near downtown with basements and tight lots to newer subdivisions out toward the edges of town. The older neighborhoods are where you'll often find attics and basements nobody has touched in a long time.

Meridian

Meridian is mostly newer construction, with lots of subdivisions and HOAs. Garages and storage rooms tend to be the big part of the job, and it's smart to check neighborhood rules on parking first.

Nampa

Nampa has older homes close to its downtown alongside plenty of newer neighborhoods and rentals. If you're a landlord dealing with a move-out, our rental prep service is built for exactly that.

Caldwell

Caldwell mixes older in-town homes with bigger lots on the outskirts. Sheds and yards can hold as much as the house, so tell us about everything on the property when you ask for a quote.

Eagle

Eagle has a lot of larger homes and HOA neighborhoods. Bigger houses usually mean more rooms to clear, though a long driveway can make loading easier.

Garden City

Garden City is compact, with older homes, apartments and mobile home communities packed close together. Narrow streets and tight parking are the main things to plan around.

Kuna

Kuna has grown quickly, with new subdivisions sitting next to older homes and open land. The newer houses often have large garages that end up doing double duty as storage.

Star

Star is a growing town with many newer HOA neighborhoods. If you're getting a house ready to sell, check your HOA's rules on trucks and curbside items before the big day.

Middleton

Middleton has a small-town feel, with older homes in town and larger lots around it. Outbuildings and yard piles are worth mentioning up front so the quote covers them.
